Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the fv777 platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You represent and warrant that:

Each person is permitted to hold only one account with fv777. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same person, household, device, payment method, or IP address, we reserve the right to close duplicate accounts and void all related transactions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and other materials on the fv777 platform are owned by fv777 or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fv777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The fv777 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. fv777 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fv777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the platform, any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein, any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform, any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the platform, or any errors or omissions in content.

In no event shall fv777's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your fv777 account during the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless fv777, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) your use of the platform in violation of applicable law or the rights of third parties; (iii) your provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (iv) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right; or (v) any other party's access and use of the platform with your unique username and password.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the fv777 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and fv777. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue remedies available under Philippine law.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the Philippines. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, fv777 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your fv777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures. fv777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (ii) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; (iii) multiple accounts or identity falsification; (iv) chargebacks or payment disputes; (v) inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months); or (vi) at our discretion for any other legitimate business reason.

Upon termination by fv777 for violation of these Terms, your account balance may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled. If your account is terminated for reasons other than terms violations, you will be permitted to withdraw your remaining balance after completion of verification requirements. Terminated accounts are not eligible for reinstatement, and any attempt to create a new account may result in permanent exclusion from fv777 services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

fv777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fv777 regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the platform.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without fv777's prior written consent. fv777 may assign these Terms in whole or in part to any person or entity at any time without your consent. Any attempted assignment by you in violation of this section shall be null and void.

Force Majeure: fv777 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
